Your role
In technical areas such as HVAC, fluids and gas, electrical installations, control systems and sanitary facilities, you coordinate the monitoring of maintenance operations, regulatory periodic inspections and compliance of the real estate sites for which you are responsible. In coordination with the service providers concerned, you ensure the quality of the services provided. This applies in particular to activities with high technological and regulatory requirements, such as BSL1/BSL2 laboratories, clean rooms and animal houses. Energy management, sustainable development and daily attention to safety are also an integral part of your mission.
Using CTMs, you monitor key operating parameters required by internal customers or based on specifications, and guarantee the smooth running of infrastructures and the sustainability of buildings in operation. You report periodically, either on your own or in coordination with the relevant service providers, on the state of installations, incidents and faults, and the solutions implemented.
In collaboration with internal customers and service providers, you draw up a business continuity plan, assessing the risks of technical failures and their impact on operations.
You plan and coordinate the monitoring of infrastructure work and modifications, ensuring that the conditions for subsequent maintainability are met. You ensure compliance with technical specifications in order to meet expected performance levels, budgets and deadlines.
You play an active role in implementing the maintenance and upkeeping policy for existing assets in terms of proper operation, safety, quality, internal customer satisfaction and profitability. You contribute to its continuous improvement.
You are responsible for the administrative management and documentation related to your activity. You play an active role in drawing up the relevant budget.
Your profile
Skills & Experience
- Education: Minimum BAC+3 or equivalent in technical/industrial engineering
- Experience:
- At least 3 years in building maintenance; experience in laboratory infrastructures is an asset
- Expertise in HVAC, electricity, fluids/gas, and regulation systems
- Languages:
- French (C1 - independent)
- English (B2 - advanced; required for meetings)
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and writing reports/presentations
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, CMMS software, and ticketing systems is an advantage
- Experience in drafting technical sections of tender documents
