The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

To continue to meet our commitments and develop other projects, we are currently recruiting: a Key & Access Officer - Maintenance Team.
This recruitment aims to strengthen the existing team. The Key & Access Officer will also contribute, day after day, to the continuation and development of the department.
You will report to the Head Of Maintenance.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Managing access to premises outside the security scope via the access control system
- In collaboration with the various departments concerned, and in particular with the security access managers, drawing up an access management strategy and participating in its implementation.
- Programming and distributing private access badges
- Managing and monitoring airport keys
- Acting as the main technical contact for all access-related matters
- Maintaining a regular technology watch
- Managing small projects to improve maintenance and renovating equipment or buildings
Your other missions
- Developing and improving the CMMS tool (computerized maintenance management system's tool)
- Acting as the guarantor of compliance with deadlines, procedures and safety rules
- Participating in the integration of new employees.

The required profile
Studies / training :
Higher education diploma (Bac + 2) in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering or equivalent experience
Experience :
5 years' experience in coordinating work or supervising maintenance teams
Skills and knowledge required:

- French: fluent spoken and written
- English: operational level in the business
Specific knowledge linked to the job:
- Organizational skills and good management of priorities

- Organized, proactive, autonomous, good interpersonal skills
- Valid driving licence (B)
