The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.
Thanks to everyone's commitment, we live up to our motto of being the best-in-class airport. Our reputation is also reflected in a few key figures: by the end of 2022, for example, we reached 4.05 million passengers and 975,000 tonnes of cargo.
In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an Asset Manager – Skypark Business Center.
The objective of the position is to join the team dedicated to the management of the Skypark Business Center.
This concept, currently under construction, is a new highlight in terms of sustainability, digitalization, design and user-friendliness.
It is a major project in the Luxembourg office real estate market, with a total area of approximately 160,000 m².
As the first building of a mixed-use campus, this building sets new international standards in its operation.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Ensuring and guaranting sustainable value management of our real estate assets;
- Being responsible for budget planning and control, and performance management of our rental units;
- Preparing reports for department management and the owners' committee;
- Participating in the planning and management of maintenance and renovation of the rental units;
- Supporting the management and monitoring of real estate assets and facilities management;
- Proactively identifying, managing and implementing value-added projects;
- Conducting lease negotiations with interested parties or their representatives and preparing lease agreements and amendments;
- Implementing and optimizing marketing and leasing strategies;
- Managing and monitoring external partners;
- Proactively driving digital and technical innovations to increase the value of assets under management and optimize internal processes;
- Being the first point of contact for our tenants' wishes and needs.
Your other missions
- Translating the strategic business plan into annual asset level budget planning;
- Reviewing (and critically analyzing) valuation reports;
- Maintaining contacts with real estate players and maintain a professional network, including participation in real estate events (trade shows) in Luxembourg and abroad;
- Participating in the integration of new employees.

The required profile
Studies / training :
- Graduate degree (Bachelor or Master) in real estate management, real estate economics, business administration or equivalent experience;
- Background in asset management.
Experience :
- 5 years of experience in Asset Management
- The following experience is a plus:
> significant experience in real estate management ;
> significant experience in real estate marketing.
Skills and knowledge required:

- Microsoft Office suite ;
- Other relevant IT systems: ERP, Anaplan...
Languages :
- French: fluent spoken and written;
- English: fluent spoken and written;
- An intermediate level of knowledge in Luxembourgish and/or German is an asset.
Specific knowledge linked to the job:
- Knowledge of the real estate laws in place in Luxembourg;
- Knowledge of the local real estate market;
- Experience in preparing DCF/NPV calculations;
- Desired attitude for the position:
> Having excellent negotiation and communication skills;
> Acting as a key point of contact for the real estate industry and be able to recognize marketin potential;
> Being professionally and personally involved in tenant related projects.
