Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Info Desk Agent.
Your responsibilities
*Your daily tasks
- Answering to customer requests for information (remotely or in person)
- Issuing and collecting day passes
- Validating car park tickets issued by lux-Airport's commercial partners, at Management's request
- Collecting lost and found items and listing them according to the defined procedure
- Providing and collecting customer complaint forms
- Completing daily report forms
- Accompanying visitors and/or suppliers to the Terminal security area at the request of Management
- Forwarding letters, parcels and e-mails to their addressees
*Your other missions
- Making, on specific request, audible announcements within the Terminal in accordance with predefined instructions
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior

The required profile
Studies / training
BAC or equivalent experience

Experience
- First professional experience desirable
- Experience in customer service would be an asset

Skills and knowledge required
*IT Tools
Mandatory:
Microsoft Office suite
*Languages
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- German: fluent spoken and written (B2 minimum)
- Luxembourgish: fluent spoken and written (B2 minimum)
*Know-how and interpersonal skills specific to the job
- Ability to multi-task
- Special attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Teamwork and collaboration

- Valid permanent B driving licence
