Our Corporate and Finance Litigation Department is looking for an


Administrative Assistant (m/f)

(full-time – permanent contract)


Your role:

  • Typing, formatting and proofreading of legal documents;
  • Managing and filing legal documents as well as updating databases;
  • Billing;
  • Liaising with notaries, external lawyers, Luxembourg Business Register and administrations, as necessary;
  • General clerical tasks.


Your profile:

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, Personal or Billing Assistant;
  • A degree in secretarial work or an equivalent degree;
  • An experience in a Luxembourg law firm or a similar working environment would be highly appreciated;
  • Fluency in English and French. A good command of German and/or Luxembourgish will be considered as an asset;
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, electronic document management EDM/GED and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication skills and good team spirit;
  • Pro-active, rigorous and with good organization skills.
