1 Assistant(e) administratif(ve) (Fr/Ang)

Votre profil:

-Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme en langues étrangères ,en traduction ou en secrétariat

-Vous êtes débutant ou disposez d'une premiere expérience

-Vous parlez obligatoirement français et vous avez un excellent niveau d'anglais

-Vous êtes d'une excellente présentation

-Vous êtes rigoureux et organisé

-Vous maitrisez les différents outils du pack office

Votre mission :

-Assistanat, gestion des agendas

-Retranscription

-Dactylographie

-Traitement des courriers et divers tâches administratives

-Classement et archivage de documents
