As part of their expansion, they are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to strengthen their team in Luxembourg.
Senior Compliance Officer - Your Role :
- Supervise regulatory compliance by ensuring strict adherence to MICA and DORA standards, thereby guaranteeing operational security and transparency.
- Play a key role in the second line of defense, providing expertise to anticipate and manage risks associated with crypto and e-payment activities.
- Act as a Deputy Compliance Officer, temporarily stepping in for the Head of Compliance when necessary, offering you greater responsibilities and career advancement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk teams (5+ people) to structure and enhance internal policies and procedures.
- Actively participate in audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring a compliant and secure framework for users and investors.
Senior Compliance Officer - Your Profile:
- 5 to 7 years of experience in compliance, preferably in crypto, fintech, or e-payment.
- Strong knowledge of European regulations (MICA, DORA, MIFID2 is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, where autonomy and precision are crucial.
- Fluent in English, French is a plus.
