PSL | UCITS & Liquids Funds | Luxembourg

Our client, a leading law firm in Luxembourg, is expanding its investment funds practice and is seeking a UCITS and liquid funds specialist to join the team. This newly created position offers an opportunity to play a key role in legal and regulatory developments, with a focus on knowledge sharing, strategic legal advisory, and industry insights rather than purely transactional work.

PSL - Your Role :

• Provide legal and regulatory guidance on UCITS and liquid investment funds, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations.
• Monitor key regulatory updates (MIFID, EMIR, SFDR) and assess their impact on investment funds and management companies.
• Draft and refine legal documentation, policies, and governance frameworks for investment structures.
• Collaborate with lawyers, fund specialists, and regulatory professionals to enhance internal expertise and client advisory.
• Contribute to legal briefings, industry updates, client presentations, and internal training initiatives.

PSL - Your Profile:

• At least 3 years' experience as a lawyer in investment funds, with a strong focus on UCITS and liquid funds.
• Deep understanding of fund regulations, structuring, and compliance frameworks.
• Fluency in English (French is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical legal advice.
