This independent law firm, recognized for its expertise in corporate law, advises a diverse clientele, from multinational corporations to local businesses. Established in Luxembourg, it stands out for its international approach and dynamic work environment. As part of its expansion, the firm is seeking a Corporate M&A Lawyer to strengthen its team.
Corporate M&A Lawyer - Your Role :
- Manage complex M&A transactions: Handle cross-border mergers and acquisitions, providing legal and tax structuring advice.
- Advise international clients: Work with top-tier clients, gaining exposure to high-value, strategic cases.
- Draft and negotiate legal documents: Prepare contracts and shareholder agreements, refining your corporate law expertise.
- Liaise with authorities: Ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations and facilitate smooth transactions.
- Contribute to firm growth: Engage in business development and networking initiatives.
Corporate M&A Lawyer - Your Profile:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years as a List II lawyer specializing in Corporate M&A in Luxembourg.
- Education: Master in Law, CCDL and a solid knowledge of Luxembourg's legal framework.
- Languages: Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.
- Soft skills: Dynamic, detail-oriented, and a strong negotiator. Team player with an ambition to grow.
