Compliance Officer for Leading PSF in Luxembourg

We are currently seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to join an esteemed PSF located in the Gare district of Luxembourg. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring the firm's adherence to regulatory standards within the financial services sector. Compliance Officer - The role will involve:

• Ensuring the company's regulatory compliance by overseeing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Working closely with the Conducting Officer to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
• Performing regular compliance checks, including AML verification and KYC procedure monitoring.
• Managing due diligence processes for new investments and business partnerships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Participating in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for company personnel.

Compliance Officer - The candidate should:

• Be fluent in French and English, with knowledge of any additional languages considered an advantage.
• Have previous professional experience in the funds or PSF field, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Luxembourg.
• Have approval from the CSSF or equivalent qualification in compliance.
• Possess analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
