Junior Officer – Corporate Services (m/f)

Arendt Investor Services, which is part of Arendt & Medernach, the largest law firm in Luxembourg, is regulated by the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CSSF – Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier) and operates under the status of Professional of Financial Sector (“PSF”).

Arendt Investor Services offers a wide range of services, such as domiciliation, corporate secretarial and accounting services, fund services, directorship of companies, tax-compliance services and assistance in the winding-up of companies.

Given the ongoing development of our firm, we are currently recruiting a dedicated:

Junior Officer – Corporate Services

Your role:

• Knowledge of basic applicable laws and relevant articles in relation to the corporate secretarial services that we render;
• Preparing legal documentation relating to standard corporate administration (such as the approval of the annual accounts, transfer of seat, change of managers-directors etc.);
• Updating registers (shares, PECs, CPECs etc.);
• Drafting board and/or shareholder’s resolutions/minutes based on templates in relation to the main corporate events of the company;
• Handling the day-to-day operations of companies and responding to clients’ requests;
• Liaising with banks, Luxembourg administration, notary, ministry of foreign affairs;
• Ability to handle day-to-day requests under the supervision of a more senior corporate officer.

Your profile:

• You have successfully passed an academic degree (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in law;
• You are fluent in English, French or German are considered an asset;
• You are seen as rigorous, proactive with good communication skills;
• You like working within a team and daily challenges.
