We are looking for a Senior Corporate Officer (M/F) on a permanent contract.
Under the supervision of the team manager, your responsibilities cover the following aspects in the management of Luxembourg-based companies:
- Assisting with the onboarding of companies and establishing their corporate structures.
- Overseeing day-to-day management activities related to these companies.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients regarding corporate administrative matters.
- Preparing and organizing acquisition and sale closings.
- Coordinating and managing board meetings, general meetings, and drafting various corporate legal documents, such as Annual General Meeting (AGM) documents, Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) documents, Articles of Association (AoA), liquidation deeds, shareholders' agreements, and more.
- Maintaining extensive communication with notaries, banks, and Luxembourg authorities.
- Preparing necessary bank documentation, including bank account opening forms, Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements, and due diligence processes.
- Providing support in the creation and organization of the Luxembourg office.
Your qualifications:
- Diploma in Law or very strong knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law
- 4-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Knowledge on Italian is a plus.
- Excellent proficiency in KYC (Know Your Customer)
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proactive and initiative-driven
- Organized and methodical approach
- Effective task prioritization and workload management
