JOB DESCRIPTION
Within the Administration Department your main task is to support daily and follow up the administrative/accounting department:
- General ledger accounting / assistance in legal reporting (VAT, balance sheet etc.)
- Supplier accountancy, follow up of invoices, purchase orders, preparation of payments, control expenses
- If you’re familiar with Odoo=> It’s an asset
- Office management – HR assistance
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Education: diploma or training in accountancy
EXPERIENCES/SKILLS
- Basics of accounting principles
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
- You are flexible and stress resistant
- Advances knowledge in PowerPoint, Excel and word
- Easy use of data and figures
- Must be detail focused
- Real ability to prioritize and to multi-task
- English and French are mandatory. Any other language would be an advantage
