The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.


Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

Thanks to everyone's commitment, we live up to our motto of being the best-in-class airport. Our reputation is also reflected in a few key figures: by the end of 2022, for example, we reached 4.05 million passengers and 975,000 tonnes of cargo.


In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an Executive Assistant - Administrative & HR Department.


The objective of the position is mainly to support the Director Administration and HR in his daily work. It will also be necessary to provide support to the Administration department as well as to the other management assistants.

Your responsibilities


Your daily tasks

- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and drafting correspondence;

- Acting as an organisational support to the management of the department;

- Carrying out the administrative tasks inherent to the department;

- Being responsible for the physical reception of visitors.


Your other missions

- Planning and organising travel;

- Managing and centralising information, drafting briefing notes for the department's internal communication and working jointly with the company's internal communication team;

- Being the active support to the follow-up of the department's projects by organising meetings and writing minutes;

- Ordering and managing stocks of office supplies necessary for the proper functioning of the department;

- Ensuring the replacement of the other assistants as regards the management of the Management's agenda and the physical and telephone reception of their interlocutors;

- Participating in the integration of new employees.

The required profile


Studies / training :

Higher education diploma (Bac + 3) or equivalent experience in a similar function.


Experience :

2 years successful experience in a similar position.


Skills and knowledge required:


IT Tools:

- Required: Microsoft Office suite, dashboards.


Languages :

- French: fluent spoken and written;

- English: operational level in the profession;

- German: operational level in the profession;

- Luxembourgish: basic level in the profession.


Specific knowledge linked to the job:

- Special attention to detail;

- Excellent organisational skills;

- Documentation and reporting skills.
