Description
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, and ensure a professional welcome for customers and visitors.
- Take care of orders for books and office equipment, and organize meetings.
- Carry out legal research as required by the team.
- Manage travel for associates.
- Manage the procurement of office supplies and beverages, and ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Handle various administrative tasks, including postage and mailing.
Profile
- Fluency in French, German and English, Luxembourgish would be an asset.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word/Outlook, and ideally Avonca.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage customer reception independently with professionalism and rigor.
- Dynamic, team player and sense of confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service and positive attitude.
