Description
- As part of our Office Management team with our client, you will have a diverse range of tasks to handle.
- You will take charge of administrative tasks such as managing calls, handling mail, and organizing schedules.
- Coordination of internal and external meetings will also fall under your purview.
- Your role will involve assisting in organizing and supporting the office management and reception teams with tasks like ordering supplies, distributing internal mail, and managing calls.
- You will be responsible for administrative follow-up on contracts and supplier contacts, including checking invoices.
- At times, you may be required to support the Reception team as needed.
Profile
- Candidate should possess at least a Graduate Degree or BTS (Bac +2)
- Previous work experience is preferred but not required
- Must be fluent in English and French, additional knowledge of Luxembourgish, Dutch and/or German is beneficial
- Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential
- Must be adaptable to different environments
- Possess qualities such as responsibility, proactivity, and flexibility
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills, service orientation, dynamism, and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain diplomacy and discretion in all interactions
