Description
- You will be responsible for conducting operational and data analysis activities for client onboarding, transitions, and conversions.
- During client onboarding, you will prepare, open, and close accounts, ensuring accurate data translation to the platform.
- You will determine the optimal setup for client accounts and update them accordingly, following completion of due diligence on KYC and AML requirements.
- To ensure accuracy, you will review the Account Opening Checklist and conduct final checks on closing off accounts.
- Prior to transitions/conversions, you will conduct testing and quality reviews of client data, escalating any issues to senior colleagues or assigned transition consultants.
- Your role will involve managing daily workflow for client transitions/conversions, including data requirements, regulatory compliance impact, and coordination with third parties.
- Collaborate with various departments to complete tasks and documentation on time, while keeping the team informed of progress and escalating any potential project delays.
- Assist in developing transition/conversion plans with timelines and resource requirements, working closely with Transition Consulting, Relationship Management, and Account Management teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- While you may not have direct reports, you may be responsible for managing small, less complex client relationships or supporting non-complex project phases to contribute to team objectives.
Profile
- You will need to have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience for the position.
- An advanced or graduate degree is preferred to excel in this role.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles or project management will be advantageous.
- It is beneficial to have any necessary local or regional licenses or certifications as required for this position.
- You are fluent in French and English
