You will play a vital role in enabling lawyers to nurture client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Reporting to the Head of Business Development and the Executive Partner of the Luxembourg office is a crucial aspect of this position.
Description
Your responsabiliies include:- Draft proposals, tenders, and presentations for clients and prospects.
- Prepare submissions for legal guides to maintain rankings and highlight firm's expertise
- Conduct client and sector research to identify new opportunities.
- Create external communications for newsletters, website, social media, and client events.
- Coordinate and generate ideas for client events.
- Manage and update databases to ensure accuracy.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Law or Communication with a specialization in the legal sector
- The experience in a law firm is mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and precision in work
- Proactive and determined problem-solver with a 'can-do' attitude, striving to exceed expectations
