Description
- Ensure clear and effective communication with lawyers and team members to ensure close collaboration and mutual understanding of needs and expectations.
- Ensure that fee statements and invoices are prepared accurately and within agreed deadlines, taking into account specific client requests.
- Ensure that billing processes comply with the firm's internal policy and current legal requirements.
- Master the use of ebilling platforms to simplify and automate the billing process.
- Participate actively in department meetings to keep abreast of the latest developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes.
- Draft clear procedures and operating modes to ensure efficient management of the billing team and to support users in the use of the billing software.
- Offer regular training sessions to familiarize users with the billing software and new internal procedures, in order to optimize the use of these tools.
- Maintain proactive communication with users regarding billing software developments, and be available to answer their questions and support them through the changes.
Profile
- Minimum of 3 years' higher education / M1 in accounting or administrative management or 5 years' experience in management-invoicing.
- Ability to work with figures and good synthesis skills.
- Ability to manage several tasks at the same time.
- Enjoy teamwork.
- Rigorous, organized and responsive.
- Ability to manage priorities and be autonomous.
- Fluent in French and English, German being a plus.
- Good command of standard IT tools, in particular MS Office and Excel.
- Good writing skills, ability to lead a team, ability to listen and communicate effectively.
