Description
- You will be the preferred and trusted point of contact for our customers.
- You will answer their questions by telephone or in writing, seeking solutions to any problems and offering advice wherever possible.
- Thanks to your excellent service, you'll build long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
- You will also be responsible for the administrative follow-up of insurance files, managing policies throughout their lifecycle, including quotations, underwriting, billing, modifications and cancellations.
- You will work closely with the insurance companies to ensure fast, efficient administration.
Profile
- You are fluent in English and French, with German skills being a significant advantage.
- You are interested in training in insurance techniques, or you already have experience or a diploma in this field.
- Your customer focus, listening skills and empathy will enable you to respond effectively to customers' needs and questions.
- You are autonomous, able to propose solutions and work efficiently even under pressure.
- A good command of IT tools such as Word, Excel, Electronic Document Management and Internet applications is essential for this position.
