Description
- Organize and manage the processing of customer files, emphasizing customer advice, empathy and proactivity.
- Stimulate, mobilize and develop employees to ensure a real dynamic in the management of customer requests.
- Supervise complex and/or high-stakes financial projects
- Monitor performance indicators, identify and take corrective action with the team if necessary
- Work closely with peers and cooperate with the network of external partners
- Create and maintain a calm climate within the team, facilitating buy-in, motivation and trust.
Profile
- 3-year degree (or higher) in Banking, Insurance or Law with solid knowledge of the insurance industry
- Proven management and team-building experience
- Perfect command of French, German and English
- Fluid communicator, committed to making sense of things and adept at collaborative work
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams through involvement, exemplarity and dynamism
- Developing employees' skills and supporting their evolution
- Enthusiastic about innovating, challenging existing systems and simplifying processes
