As a Legal Product Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring regulatory and legal developments at European level, designing financial products and managing cross-functional projects. If you have a 5-year degree in law, insurance or finance, with up to 5 years' experience in life insurance, this is the job for you. Description
- Maintain a regulatory, legal and tax watch at European level and in the markets where our customer is active, analyzing developments and impacts.
- Share knowledge and give presentations internally to sales and operational teams, and externally to all the company's partners.
- Participate in the design and updating of the product range, taking into account the specific features and risks associated with financial products.
- Ensure the homogeneity and completeness of the underwriting kit, while keeping the customer experience simple.
- Propose innovative product developments and ensure new product presentations.
- Draft and validate contractual documents for customers.
- Help organize and lead Wealth Services/market committees.
- Represent the company on ACA working groups in the markets for which you are responsible.
- Manage cross-functional regulatory/product projects.
- Produce reports for management on project progress, actions taken, forward planning, and alert on risks.
Profile
- With a Bac+5 degree or equivalent in law, insurance or finance, you have up to 5 years' experience in life insurance, preferably in LPS, or in a legal function.
- You have excellent drafting and summarizing skills, and are able to handle regulatory and legal issues with ease.
- Your perfect command of French and English is an asset, and knowledge of Portuguese would be appreciated.
- Your excellent organizational and project management skills will enable you to carry out your assignments efficiently and rigorously.
