Description
- Your mission will involve assisting Our client's on a variety of employment matters, such as individual employment relationships and collective employment law issues like drafting collective bargaining agreements.
- You will handle labour litigation & dispute resolution, negotiating out-of-court agreements and representing clients in various court proceedings.
- As part of your role, you will be responsible for addressing international mobility of employees, covering aspects like secondment within a group and immigration-related issues.
- From time to time, you may need to support other departments within the firm, particularly the M&A department, on the employment law aspects of acquisitions.
- Your primary focus will be advising clients on the mentioned matters while also representing them in judicial proceedings when required.
Profile
- You are a member of the Luxembourg Bar and hold a university degree in law complemented by a post-graduate degree.
- You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a reputable law firm in Luxembourg and a strong foundation in Luxembourg labour law.
- Your personal communication skills set you apart, along with your exceptional written communication and drafting abilities.
- You are fluent in both French and English, with a preference for proficiency in Luxembourgish and German.
- As a team player, you are always client-oriented and willing to go the extra mile to meet their needs.
