Their Capital Markets and Banking team plays a key role in handling complex financial transactions, structured finance deals, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions.

To strengthen their team, we are assisting in the recruitment of a Capital Markets and Banking/Regulatory Associate.

• Advise clients on a broad spectrum of financial law matters.
• Support clients with intricate financing transactions and regulatory mandates spanning multiple jurisdictions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate financial agreements while staying updated on market developments and best practices.
• Deliver commercially focused legal guidance.
• Share expertise and contribute to the firm’s knowledge base.
• Work closely with key industry players and legal professionals across different regions.

• A European-qualified lawyer with 2 to 4 years of experience in capital markets, banking, regulatory law, or related areas.
• Strong academic background.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French (German is an advantage).
• Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Confidence in communicating under pressure.
• Ability to influence and persuade effectively.
