For one of our clients, a reputable and well-established Law Firm located in Luxembourg City, we are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel specialized in Litigation, Corporate, and Tax Law.
Your missions :Â
- Litigation Management:Â Act as the primary point of contact for a high-volume portfolio, managing commercial, corporate, and tax-related disputes from inception to resolution.
- Strategic Advisory:Â Provide pragmatic legal advice to internal stakeholders and clients to mitigate risks and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Drafting & Negotiating:Â Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, including settlement agreements, formal notices, and commercial contracts.
- Dispute Resolution: Define and implement defense strategies in collaboration with the firm’s partners.
- Corporate & Tax Support: Assist on corporate governance and tax-related legal matters impacting the daily operations of the clients’ structures.
Your Profile:
- Education: Master’s degree in Law (LL.M or equivalent), ideally with a specialization in Luxembourgish Business Law or Tax.
- Experience:Â At least 5 years of solid experience in a similar role
- Legal Expertise: Strong background in Corporate Law, Tax Law, and Commercial Litigation within the Luxembourgish market.
- Languages: Full professional proficiency in both English and French is mandatory.
- Efficiency:Â Ability to handle a consequent volume of files with precision, rigor, and autonomy.
