For a highly confidential client operating in a regulated international environment, we are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a legal team supporting diverse business activities across multiple jurisdictions.
Your Missions :Â

Provide pragmatic and strategic legal advice to business and support functions on a wide range of commercial, regulatory and governance matters

Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements with clients, partners and service providers

Support cross-border projects and regulatory initiatives

Identify legal and regulatory risks and contribute to the design and implementation of mitigation measures

Advise on the application of new laws, regulations and industry standards impacting the financial sector

Coordinate and manage relationships with external law firms and advisors

Participate in internal committees, working groups and decision-making forums, contributing legal expertise to business initiatives
Your Profile :Â

Fully qualified lawyer with a law degree

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a regulated environment

Strong analytical, organizational and drafting skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities with autonomy

Pragmatic, solution-oriented and business-minded approach

Excellent communication skills with legal and non-legal stakeholders

Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
