Its core activity focuses on providing strategic legal advice on financing structures, capital markets transactions and regulatory frameworks, particularly in Luxembourg, a key European financial centre. Operating in a multicultural and cross-border environment, the firm is recognised for its technical expertise and pragmatic approach to complex legal matters.
Your missions :
As a Banking Finance Lawyer, you will contribute to a wide range of domestic and international matters

Providing legal advice on banking law, finance law and financial regulatory issues.

Assisting with the structuring, negotiation and execution of secured lending transactions.

Contributing to acquisition finance, real estate finance and fund-related financing structures.

Participating in transactions involving financial collateral arrangements and debt instruments.

Supporting bond issuances and related capital markets listings, including Luxembourg-based listings.

Drafting, reviewing and coordinating legal documentation throughout the lifecycle of transactions.
Your Profile :

You have completed advanced legal studies with a solid academic background.

You have acquired initial professional experience ( 1- 3 years) in banking and finance law, ideally within an international law firm.

You are admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another EU Bar, or meet the requirements to pursue local qualification.

You enjoy working in a team-oriented and international environment.

You are fluent in English and French; additional languages are considered an advantage.
