As part of a highly regarded international law firm established in Luxembourg, you will join a dynamic Dispute Resolution practice handling sophisticated and high-stakes matters.

Your Missions :Â

Managing commercial and corporate litigation cases

Advising on disputes involving investment funds and financial institutions

Handling enforcement actions and litigation connected to restructuring scenarios

Assisting in cross-border disputes in close coordination with colleagues from other jurisdictions

Drafting procedural submissions, legal opinions, and strategic memoranda

Representing clients before Luxembourg courts
You will collaborate closely with partners and senior associates on strategic files, benefiting from direct exposure to both clients and courtroom practice. The firm promotes early responsibility while ensuring strong technical guidance and mentorship.
Your Profile :Â

Fully qualified lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List II), or currently completing the qualification process

Between 3 and 6 years of professional experience in litigation within a Luxembourg law firm

Strong expertise in commercial, corporate and/or financial disputes

Fluent in English; French or German are considered as an asset

Excellent drafting skills and strong analytical thinking

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an international and fast-paced environment
