Description
- You will be in charge of dealing with legal matters and negotiating contracts with professional clients ;
- You will supervise regulatory monitoring, offer guidance to management and teams ;
- You will provide legal advice and recommendations to internal clients to proactively manage and reduce legal risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, especially in the support sector for PSFs and market practices, mainly in new technologies.
Profile
- You hold a law degree (Master's in law or LL.M.) or equivalent experience ;
- Required experience: at least 2 years of relevant experience gained in a company or law firm ;
- A strong understanding of products and ecosystems in the digital ;
- Excellent knowledge of commercial contract law ;
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework for Professionals of the Financial Sector (PSF) support ;
- Fluent in French and English required ;
- Strong interpersonal skills. A strong desire to learn and progress in the legal field.
