Description

• Collaborating with our Sales team, this role entails providing support to the company's businesses as they engage customers, under the guidance of more experienced members of the International Legal team ;
• Acting as the primary contact in the Legal department for our sales team and collaborating with other departments throughout the contracting process ;
• Adhering to and enhancing the company's contracting procedures and processes while gaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered across all business lines ;
• Taking a proactive role in developing and revising standard contract templates and adopting a continual improvement strategy for how the company contracts with customers ;
• Managing all aspects of customer contracting privacy issues, including reviewing and drafting data processing agreements, as well as addressing any other privacy-related legal matters concerning business operations ;
• Apart from commercial tasks, the role will involve supporting the Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams on corporate or other occasional legal matters.

Profile

• Seeking a qualified lawyer licensed in a European jurisdiction ;
• With at least 4 years of experience in commercial transactional law, preferably with in-house experience ;
• Must possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including negotiation abilities, and be fluent in English ;
• Expertise in international contract law, with the ability to handle routine negotiations with customers or vendors ;
• Capable of effectively managing a busy workload with some supervision, collaborating with clients from Product, Sales, and other departments ;
• Basic understanding and experience with European data privacy laws, with a willingness to expand knowledge in this area.
