Legal Counsel : The Function

• Providing legal advice and being involved in drafting, reviewing and negotiating of various types of contracts and legal documents
• Supporting departments internally on legal questions
• Acting as first point of contact for all legal questions of the customers
• Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field and Luxembourg laws

Legal Counsel : Your Profile

• You hold a Master's degree in law or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel in a PSF firm with a deep knowledge of funds (UCITS/AIF/PE/RE)
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, others languages will be considered as an asset.
• Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations
• You are capable of managing a high volume of work and prioritize your tasks
