Legal Counsel : The Function
- Being responsible for drafting and managing the minutes of board meetings, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices
- Overseeing the preparation and finalization of notarial deeds in collaboration with notaries and other stakeholders to ensure the legal validity of transactions
- Conducting legal research and staying up to date with regards to any legal developments in your field and Luxembourg laws
- Assisting internal departments with legal inquiries
- Providing legal expertise on matters related to PE/RE funds, including structuring, transaction management, and investment monitoring
Legal Counsel : Your Profile
- You hold a Master's degree in law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel in a PSF firm with a deep knowledge of funds (UCITS/AIF/PE/RE)
- Strong negotiation, drafting, and legal analysis skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and French, others languages will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent understanding of Luxembourgish and international laws and regulations
- You are capable of managing a high volume of work and prioritize your tasks
