Description
- Data Management: Keep the HR Information System and various databases up to date by recording and updating relevant information.
- Medical Examinations Coordination: Schedule medical examination appointments and handle health insurance affiliations.
- Monthly Payroll Processing: Manage all aspects of the monthly payroll, including new hires, departures, and changes in terms and conditions. Provide instructions to external payroll service providers, review pay slips, and analyze discrepancies.
- Address Payroll Inquiries: Handle all payroll-related queries, such as overtime, reimbursements, and other payment issues.
- Absence Management: Oversee all types of employee absences, including leaves, sickness, and exceptional leave.
- HR Collaboration: Work closely with HR Business Partners and the HR team to resolve individual payroll issues and maintain close cooperation with the Finance department.
- Ensure Payroll Accuracy: Maintain accurate payroll records and generate detailed reports.
- Review Payroll Processes: Regularly review the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- External and Internal Requests: Respond to requests from external payroll providers, administrative bodies, and internal and external auditors.
- Compensation and Benefits Monitoring: Assist in monitoring salary reviews, bonus calculations, and interest subsidies.
- Ad Hoc HR Projects: Contribute to various ad hoc projects as required by the HR Manager.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Field: You possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Experience in HR Administration and Payroll: You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a role focusing on HR administration and payroll.
- Proven Payroll Expertise: You have a demonstrated history of successfully processing monthly payrolls.
- Strong Numerical Skills and Attention to Detail: You exhibit excellent numerical proficiency and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: You are highly organized, capable of managing high-pressure situations, and can meet tight deadlines.
- Bilingual in English and French: You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
- Knowledge of Legal and Regulatory Standards: You have a thorough understanding of the legal and regulatory frameworks, including Labour Law, Social Security, and Taxation.
