Senior Payroll - Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee the management of payroll portfolios for international, private, and local clients.
• Ensure compliance with both local and international payroll regulations.
• Work closely with the HR department to deliver seamless payroll services.
• Engage in payroll-related projects and contribute to process enhancements.

Senior Payroll - Your Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a fiduciary or external payroll role.
• Fluency in German with a strong command of French and/or English.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, or a related field.
• Strong team player with a commitment to long-term career development.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourgish employment law.
