EuroCaution, the leading insurance broker for Bond & Surety on the Belgian & Luxembourg market with more than 1500 active customers and 2500 construction projects guaranteed, is looking for a new Back-Office officer & Accounting assistant to join our new Team.
Your Mission
- In your Back-Office role, you will assist the Administrative teams on their day-to-day tasks:
- Manage the relations with notaries purchasers and our customers' administrative managers (Belgium and Luxembourg). Handling by email and telephone.
- Manage the administrative support, including :
- Issuing legal documents
- Collection and follow-up of KYC, AML and Compliance documents
- Administrative management: creation and monitoring of policies, delivery notes, archiving, etc.
- Invoicing of guarantees
- Customer reminders
- In your Accounting assistant role, you will assist the Financial director on
- Pre-accounting of the Invoices
- Follow-up of the Invoices (input/output)
- Bank reconciliation
Your professional skills
- Accounting degree or 3 years in a similar experience
- Strong customer focus with strong diplomatic communication at all levels; verbally and written to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- A positive, helpful attitude, willing to work co-operatively with other members of the team with a good commercial awareness and with the ability to make decisions with the “bigger picture” in mind.
- Able to work quickly and accurately using multiple systems and adapt to new insights.
- A pro-active approach to work with analytical problem solving skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work on own initiative.
Other required skills
- You’re fluent in French both written and verbal
- Very good notion in Dutch & English is an real advantage
- Well-developed skills in Microsoft Office & CRM TOOLS
