In order to support our expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a:
Manager – Corporate Secretary (M/F)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, organization, and follow-up of board, shareholder, and committee meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Coordinate the incorporation of companies, including the drafting and review of constitutional documents.
- Maintain statutory records, corporate documents, and registers in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate regulatory filings and ensure timely submissions to relevant authorities.
- Liaise with notaries, legal advisors, and regulators on corporate and governance matters.
- Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence, compliance, and client orientation
Your profile:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in corporate secretarial services within the Luxembourg fund industry (e.g., ManCo, PFS, Big Four, or banking environment).
- Solid knowledge of Luxembourg corporate law and fund governance practices.
- Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
