- Your responsibilities will involve reviewing documentation, with a focus on formatting, which includes legal documents, client correspondence, letters, memoranda, reports, and presentations.
- You will be performing submissions and conducting research on the Luxembourg Business Registers and E-file.
- Welcoming clients and handling various reception duties, such as telephone coverage, will be part of your daily tasks.
- You will also be responsible for organizing travel arrangements for our lawyers and staff.
- Coordinating and managing agendas will be essential to ensure smooth operations within the team.
- Familiarity with internal KYC procedures and ensuring their proper conduct is a plus.
- Your role will also involve updating databases and handling ad hoc secretarial duties as they arise.
Profile
- You have 3-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Legal Secretary, or in a similar role.
- Your prior experience in a Luxembourg law firm or a comparable work setting is highly valuable.
- Your language proficiency includes fluency in French and English, with additional languages being a notable asset.
- Your skills include proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience in IManage as an added advantage.
- You embody an excellent personality marked by a high level of integrity.
- You are a team player with the capability to work both collaboratively and independently.
- Your communication skills are exemplary, and you possess a great team spirit.
