We are looking for Educators (M/F) who speaks English to reinforce our dynamic international team in our creche and daycare.
Your main tasks:
- Welcoming and supervising children;
- Helping the children to learn the basics of daily life and the rules of community life;
- Create a secure, affectionate and stimulating environment for the children;
- Propose and organize educational activities adapted to the children's development;
- Ensure the children's psychological and physical integrity at all times;
- Collaborate with the other members of the team to ensure the overall well-being of the children;
- Support children in their individual development;
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks: clear and clean tables, fill and tidy the dishwasher, etc. ;
- Observe and evaluate children's individual progress, providing feedback to families;
- Maintaining a relationship of trust with parents.
Your profile:
- You have obtained a diploma giving you access to the profession of educator in Luxembourg (Diploma of educator, diploma in education, diploma in psychology, diploma in the psycho-social, pedagogical or socio-educational field, ...) ;
- You have a very good command of English; any other language will be considered an asset;
- Knowledge of the needs and development of young children;
- Ability to work as part of a team (#teamspirit) and to communicate effectively;
- You are caring, creative, curious and respectful;
- You are flexible, organized and dynamic.
