Luxembourg, March 2024 - While Moovijob.com's flagship feature is still dedicated to the 5,000 job offers posted by Luxembourgish companies, other parts of the site have seen a sharp increase in traffic over the past 2 years. This is particularly true of the company pages, which are attracting unprecedented interest, listing over 2,300 companies. The behaviour of users is different, as they are no longer looking for a job offer but for a company, whether by sector or location.
Since the end of 2021, each company has had its own showcase page, enabling them to highlight a wide range of information, including images, documents, their online presence (career site, social networks, etc.) and videos. The aim of these pages is to humanize the company, thereby raising interest and attracting potential candidates.
At the same time, this new section enables Moovijob.com to analyze users' search history and identify changes in the behaviour of the Luxembourg job market, as well as the sectors of activity and companies that attract the most interest from candidates.
So which Luxembourg companies were the most sought-after in 2023?
First place: Luxair Group above the clouds
With a 7,000 click lead over than the runner-up, Luxair was the most consulted company in 2023 on Moovijob.com. The company, which offers a wide range of professions, is proving its ability to attract talent.
Second place: Govjobs represents the civil service with dignity
As the main recruitment channel for the Luxembourg civil service, the fact that the Govjobs company page comes second shows the strong interest of candidates in civil service jobs.
Third place: Manpower tops the Interim/Recruitment list
With 3 physical branches in Luxembourg, Manpower proves its very high profile in this ranking, just ahead of two other recruitment companies: Adecco (4th) and Arhis RH solution (5th).
