The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

To continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an IT Manager.
This recruitment aims to head up the IT Infrastructure team.
The IT Manager will report to the Head of IT.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Organising, planning and coordinating the department's team of engineers (infrastructure, networks & security, applications and DBA)
- Supervising the information systems infrastructure, guaranteeing operational continuity and security
- Ensuring the organisation and availability of IT systems
- Ensuring IT reporting to the IT Director
- Participating in the preparation of the department's budget
- Participating in the monitoring of technological developments and standards, and making proposals
- Managing suppliers and participating in the management of calls for tender, choice of services and service providers
- Supervising all the company's information systems
- Ensuring that preventive maintenance operations are carried out correctly
- Identifying and resolving problems relating to system infrastructure, networks and applications
- Being responsible for drafting the documentation for systems, network and application infrastructures and the associated procedures
- Participating in the design of systems architecture
- Participating in, initiate and ensure the execution of systems, applications and/or network projects
- Managing maintenance contracts and renewing IT licences
Your other missions
- Preparing and participating in internal and external audits
- Participating in the integration of new employees

The required profile
Studies / training :
Postgraduate degree (Master) in IT or equivalent experience in a similar role.
Experience :
5 years of experience in a similar role
Skills and knowledge required:
Languages :
Mandatory:
- French: fluent spoken and written
- English: fluent spoken and written
Specific knowledge linked to the job:
- Strong experience as a manager
- Capacity to manage a complex environment
- Driving licence B
