The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an Airside Infrastructure Manager - Team "New Projects" - in Finance and Real Estate Department.

The objective of the position is to join our "New Projects" team, in order to participate in the development of airside infrastructure.

Your responsibilities

Your daily tasks

- Managing, organising and developing the Airside infrastructure department;

- Supervising and professionally developing the team of engineers and technicians in charge of construction projects, maintenance of airport infrastructure and techniques;

- Supervising the management of all construction projects in the fields of civil engineering and specific airport technical installations;

- Planning developments in relation to the evolution of the airport's needs and constraints;

- Supervising the internal preventive and curative maintenance activities of the airport civil engineering infrastructure

- Supporting the management of external maintenance activities of airport technical installations in order to ensure their operational maintenance;

- Supervising and developing coordination between the various internal or external actors in charge of airport infrastructures.

Your other missions

- Supervising internal and external audits (EASA-DAC) in collaboration with the different entities involved;

- Establishing the annual and multi-annual budgets for the maintenance and construction of airport infrastructures;

- Defining the objectives and means of action within the framework of the development of the geographical information system (GIS);

- Participating in the integration of new employees.

The required profile

ATTENTION: The position may generate the need to be on call for specific needs.

Studies / training :

Postgraduate degree (Engineer or Master) in civil or electrical engineering or equivalent experience

Experience :

- 10 years experience in civil or electrical engineering;

- 5 years experience in team management;

- The following experience is desirable for the position:

 > Experience in the field of airport infrastructure;

 > Experience in the installation and maintenance of civil or technical airport infrastructure (AGL and high voltage);

 > experience in the field of EASA regulations relating to airport infrastructure (CS-ADR)

 > experience in Luxembourg public procurement regulations and documentation.

Skills and knowledge required:

IT Tools:

Mandatory :

- Microsoft Office Suite ;

- Knowledge of CAD tools (Autocad, GIS-ESRI).

Languages :

- French: fluent spoken and written;

- English: operational level in the profession;

- German is a plus.

Specific knowledge linked to the job:

- Knowledge of current tools specific to project management;

- Knowledge of EASA regulations relating to airport infrastructure.
