The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.
Thanks to everyone's commitment, we live up to our motto of being the best-in-class airport. Our reputation is also reflected in a few key figures: by the end of 2022, for example, we reached 4.05 million passengers and 975,000 tonnes of cargo.
In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : an IT Senior Project Manager.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Organising, planning and coordinating IT project teams.
- Defining the various phases of the projects by implementing effective quality assurance, ensuring the overall integrity of the projects and complying with IT security compliance, the relevant IT service management processes and the associated performance indicators.
- Ensuring that projects are feasible and that adequate resources are allocated for their implementation
- Assessing and mitigating risks
- Documenting business requirements and expectations by carrying out business analyses, checking that they are maintainable and ensuring that the solutions implemented meet them scrupulously
- Ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensuring that information and reports are accurately drafted and distributed to IT management and the business lines
- Assessing and developing the professionals working on the projects
- Reviewing and assimilating the levels of commitment set out in the contract and negotiating services with suppliers
- Managing relations with the business and all stakeholders (internal and external)
- Coordinating the various initiatives at both Infrastructure and Application level
Your other missions
- Contributing to the preparation of IT strategy and budgeting
- Participating in setting departmental and team objectives and priorities to align with and maintain business objectives
- Regularly evaluating the objectives, plans, procedures and practices of the department and teams and making appropriate changes where necessary
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving by behaving responsibly

The required profile
Studies / training :
Postgraduate degree (Engineer or Master) in IT or equivalent experience in a similar role
Experience :
5-7 years' experience in a similar project management role
