The Société de l'Aéroport de Luxembourg (lux-Airport) is the aerodrome operator responsible for the operation of the airport infrastructure. Our platform provides, among other things, direct flight services to more than 100 destinations via 16 airlines.
We have more than 350 employees, with different backgrounds and 19 nationalities.
Together we work daily to ensure the efficient operation of the airport and to provide a quality service to our passengers.

In order to continue to meet our commitments and to develop other projects, we are currently recruiting : a Terminal Project Manager.
The purpose of this position is to join our Terminal Operations department, to work on terminal-related projects.

Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
- Initiating, participating and implementing terminal-related projects (passenger and baggage processes)
- Assessing and managing risks
- Measuring project performance by using appropriate tools and techniques
- Acting as the point of contact for operations on all the various projects relating to the development and operation of the terminal, in cooperation with internal departments and external partners
- Analysing and proposing areas for continuous improvement in relation to the terminal's various operational processes
- Defining the context, requirements and prerequisites for projects relating to passenger and baggage processes in the terminal
- Acting as the business expert for terminal operations
Your other missions
- Working on specific projects related to Terminal Operations
Examples of projects to be carried out:
> Implementation of a self-service baggage drop-off concept, from design to implementation and commissioning
> Development of a new signage concept and flight information display system (FIDS)
> Optimal improvement of the boarding gate infrastructure and associated areas.
- Ensuring that all documentation related to the implementation of a project is recorded and that user training is disseminated and understood
- Providing training on the various projects / areas of expertise
- Supporting terminal operations in the event of operational difficulties
- Participating in the integration of new employees

The required profile
Studies / training :
Master’s degree and relevant experience in a similar position
Experience :
5 years’ proven successful experience in an equivalent position

Languages :
Mandatory:
- English: fluent written and spoken (C1 or C2)
- French or German: fluent written and spoken (B2 level minimum)

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Interest in aviation, airports and project management
- Ability to manage a team in a multi-cultural context
- Flexibility in working hours according to needs and projects to be carried out
- Driving licence B
