Your role & work environment

Within ING Wholesale Banking Luxembourg, there is an opening for a WB Business Support Officer position.

Your key responsibilities:

• You organize and facilitate management meetings, taking ownership of the agenda and ensuring accurate meeting minutes are recorded and stored.
• You are responsible for coordinating activities related to Townhalls, fostering collaboration and communication across teams.
• You support WB teams and drive a variety of transversal projects
• You act as a linking pin with various business units and departments, to enable effective and efficient operations
• You manage visits from our Headquarters, providing logistical support and ensuring a smooth experience for visiting executives.
• You support the Governance advisor in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• You facilitate internal communication within the Bank via email or Intranet, supporting external communication efforts as needed.

Furthermore, you have:

• University graduate with a degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• You are a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
• Minimum of 2 years' working experience, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze problems, form opinions, and drive informed decision-making.
