For one of our client, we are looking for a
Clerical Support - Procurement (M/F/D)
Main tasks :
• Assisting the Buyers and Contracting Officers in preparing materiel, services and maintenance contracts to provide contractual coverage for the support of customers.
• Reviewing contractor invoices for compliance with requirements.
• Assisting in evaluating bids.
• Maintaining records of contract administration and maintaining contract
files.
Profile required :
• Complete secondary school or equivalent education ;
• Ability to operate standard office computer equipment and software ;
• Strong knowledge of PC based Microsoft Office software ;
• Good interpersonal and communications skills ;
• French and English speaker (level C1) ;
• Experience of less than 3 years is required ;
• If you have a Clearance, it’ll be considered as an advantage.
