Our client, an international group, is currently looking for a Contract Manager.
This newly created position reports directly to the Finance and Administration Director.
The role involves creating, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with partners, clients, and suppliers, ensuring all agreements comply with company policies and legal standards. You will monitor contract performance, manage renewals and terminations, maintain accurate contract documentation, identify and mitigate contractual risks, and collaborate with legal, financial, and operational teams to support contract execution. Additionally, you will advise stakeholders on contract terms and implications.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in economics, business administration, law, or a related field, and has at least five years of proven experience in legal administration or contract management. Strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, organisational abilities, familiarity with contract management tools, and the capacity to handle multiple contracts independently are essential.
