Join a leading financial institution shaping impactful portfolio solutions across Europe
Our client is looking for a Guarantee Portfolio Services Officer to join its Guarantee Portfolio Services Unit.
The officer plays a key role in managing reporting cycles, ensuring accurate processing of financial data submitted by intermediaries across Europe, and supporting both clients and internal teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages quarterly, semi‑annual and annual reporting cycles for guaranteed loan portfolios and other financial transactions.
- Ensures timely collection, validation and integration of financial data into internal systems.
- Supports financial intermediaries during onboarding and throughout ongoing operations.
- Coordinates with external service providers on first‑level data checks and follows up on validation points.
- Contributes to operational scoring methodologies and reporting governance.
- Prepares and updates reporting guidelines for external clients.
Profile & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the financial sector (banks, lending or guarantee institutions).
- Degree in Economics, Financial Modelling, Econometrics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Alteryx, Excel (incl. VBA); exposure to PowerBI, Tableau, Python or PowerAutomate is a plus.
- Solid understanding of portfolio guarantee mechanisms and financial data management.
- Excellent command of English; another European language (Italian preferred) is an asset.
