About the Role
This role supports a full office relocation, including:

The position combines technical project management and security connectivity engineering, ensuring a controlled, well‑documented and risk‑minimised transition.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Project Management (Network Deployment)

  • Check network capacity (switch ports, IP addressing, circuit/cross‑connect utilisation).
  • Coordinate IP assignment (MIRA / NCP) and distribute IP/subnet data.
  • Update documentation (NetApp(s), Site Builder, CTM, Virtual Container, NCE outputs, Excel sheets).
  • Organise configuration reviews and track findings & approvals.
  • Coordinate staging readiness, cabinet elevation planning and patching schedule.
  • Prepare CHG packs; support implementation (configuration execution, ZTP/CVP, cutover tests).
  • Ensure step, rollback and test plans are agreed and followed.
  • Coordinate the 4‑eyes implementation plan and approval evidence.
  • Finalise closure: handover, documentation and lessons learned.
Security Connectivity Engineering (ACR / Firewall / Subnets)
  • Build the user subnet inventory using Netbase (source of truth).
  • Run Eagle Eye reports (src/dst, last‑used timestamps, ports/applications).
  • Present results to ITAOs and support iterative analysis.
  • Maintain the Rules to Remain register (retain/review/retire + rationale).
  • Support onboarding of new user subnets and creation of new ACRs.
  • Support testing of new ACRs (connectivity validation, rule hits, troubleshooting).
  • Support decommissioning of old ACRs with evidence traceable to the analysis register.
  • Maintain an activity log (reports, workshops, ACR support).

Skills & Experience
  • Experience in technical project management in network or infrastructure environments.
  • Understanding of firewall rules, ACRs, connectivity flows and change governance.
  • Ability to interpret technical reports and maintain structured documentation.
  • Comfortable coordinating technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • English and German mandatory.
