In the Compliance department, you will support the Head of Compliance in his mission to reduce the risks of money laundering and terrorist financing, as well as monitoring the regulations applicable to AIFM and the funds under management. Don't hesitate to apply!
Description
- Verify the quality and completeness of fund investment files in compliance with AML regulations;
- Participate in updating policies, procedures and risk-based approaches in line with regulatory developments and client directives;
- Contribute to the due diligence of service providers/delegates;
- Maintain a regular regulatory watch;
- Carry out the checks set out in the Compliance control plan;
- Help draft internal and external reports and manage regulatory deadlines;
- Act as a key contact for AML and Compliance issues;
- Participate in the implementation of specific Compliance-related projects.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +4/5) in Banking, Economics or Law required;
- Proven experience of 5 to 8 years in Compliance, Internal Control or Audit required;
- Proven experience in AML/KYC controls desirable;
- Perfect bilingualism in French and fluency in English;
- Ability to analyze and summarize, autonomy and team spirit required.
