- Responsible for answering the telephone and directing phone calls;
- Answer questions about organization and provide callers with address, directions, and other information;
- Possibly organise meetings (flights, hotel, restaurant, taxis) and coordinate conference rooms.
Profile
- High school diploma;
- Fluency in English, French, German and Luxembourgish is mandatory;
- Dynamic person with strong communication skills.
